仕事のコンセプト
「中古物件×リノベーション」で、姫路の暮らしを面白くする。
私たちは単に家を紹介する不動産屋ではありません。 古びた中古物件を、あなたのアイデアとリノベーションの力で「お客様にとって最高のステージ」に変える。 物件探しから空間デザインまでをトータルでプロデュースし、お客様の人生そのものを彩るお仕事です。
具体的な仕事内容:プロデューサーとしての役割
あなたにお任せするのは、「家」という箱を売ることではなく、「理想の暮らし」を編集・提案することです。
宝探し(物件の仕入れ・査定) 「この古い家、リノベしたら化けるかも」そんな視点で、市場に眠る中古物件の価値を見極めます。
ライフスタイル・インタビュー(提案・商談) 「どんな休日を過ごしたいですか?」「好きなカフェの雰囲気は?」 お客様の趣味や価値観を深くヒアリング。ただの予算確認ではなく、人生の脚本を一緒に描くような時間は、商談というより「作戦会議」です。
空間プロデュース(企画・リノベ提案) 社内の設計・施工チームと連携し、「この予算内で、こんなオシャレなリビングが作れます」とワクワクするプランを提示。あなたの感性が、お客様の夢を現実にします。
魅力の発信(広報・SNS・新規事業) Instagramやポータルサイトで、「こんな暮らし、憧れませんか?」と世界観を発信。集客だけでなく、姫路の新しいライフスタイル文化を作っていく活動です。
1日の仕事の流れ(業務内訳)
顧客プロデュース:約30%
Webや紹介で来店されたお客様(30〜40代・ファミリー層)へのヒアリング
ノルマなしだからこそ、成約を急かさず「納得感」を重視できます。
平均商談:月7件(1件あたり約2時間、じっくり向き合えます)
物件リサーチ:約30%
物件調査、市場調査、「リノベ向き物件」の発掘
クリエイティブ・企画:約30%(広報含む)
リノベプランのアイデア出し(設計担当と連携)
SNSでの施工事例発信、広報活動、新規事業の企画
「営業」の枠を超えて、会社のファンを作る活動にも注力します。
契約・事務:約10%
契約手続き、ローン審査サポート(事務スタッフとも連携)

入社後のステップ

入社〜半年: 先輩の商談に同席し、ヒアリングのコツやリノベの楽しさを体感してください。
1年目: 先輩のサポートを受けながら、初めての担当案件に挑戦。「あなたのおかげで決めた」と言われる喜びを味わいましょう。
2年目: 独り立ちし、あなたらしいスタイルの提案でファンを増やしてください。

基本給:年俸 500万円 〜 800万円
