仕事内容

大手自動車ディーラーのショールームにおける受付・接客・一般事務業務をお任せします。

【具体的な作業内容】

①お客様の受付接客を担当し、ご用件やお名前をお伺い、内容により営業やサービス担当に取次をして頂きます(大半は予約制)

②駐車場へのご案内、お席へのご案内、

アンケートの記入促進・イベントの準備お手伝いなどの接客を行います。

③顧客情報・保険内容の入力作業もお願い致します(事務サポート)

④その他、店舗内の付随業務(清掃、飾り付け)など。
