- CX戦略の策定・実行支援(顧客接点のデジタル化、カスタマージャーニー設計)
- デジタルマーケティング・CRM導入・運用支援
- ブランド戦略(パーパス・MVV策定)や顧客体験設計
- 新規事業開発支援(ビジネスモデル策定、PoC、MVP開発)
- データ活用による顧客インサイト分析、LTV最大化施策
理想の人材

①マーケティング戦略立案・ビジネス分析
②CX・カスタマーサクセス領域
③デジタルマーケティング・CRM導入・運用
④ブランド設計・運用
コンサルティングファームまたは事業会社でのプロジェクト推進経験
