Q. 具体的に何をするの?

A. 官公庁向けの建物管理サービス営業が主な業務です。新規開拓から既存顧客フォロー、入札対応まで幅広く担当いただきます。

求める人材:

・普通自動車運転免許(AT限定可)が必須です。営業活動での顧客訪問・現地確認に使用します。

・PC基本操作(メール・エクセルなど)ができる方。見積書作成や営業資料の作成、メール対応が業務に含まれます。

・官公庁との打ち合わせや入札対応を伴うため、ビジネスマナーを備え、丁寧で正確なコミュニケーションが取れる方を歓迎します。

・学歴は不問です。営業経験や業界知識よりも、誠実さと前向きな姿勢を大切にします。

勤務時間・曜日:

変形労働時間制

8:00〜17:00(休憩60分)

時間外労働あり (月平均30時間)

基本は週休2日制ですが、繁忙時期や緊急対応時等の発生を考慮した上で、変形労働時間制を導入しております。

昇給・賞与:

・昇給あり(前年度実績:月あたり5,000円)

・賞与あり(前年度実績:年2回、1ヶ月分)
