【主な業務詳細】
- PC入力・書類作成
- 応募者の面接・登録手続き
- 採用されたスタッフの勤務初日の立ち合いサポート
- 上記に付随する事務業務・雑務
…上記のスタッフサポート業務になれてきたら
お客様への訪問・オンラインなどでのヒアリング業務
など、直接お客様をサポートする業務もお願いします。
【お仕事について】
お客様は製造業界が中心で不況に強く現在も好調な企業様が多数、おかげさまで当社も安定した業務量があります。
そういった中、より良い細かいサービス向上のためにスタッフ採用のアシスタント正社員を募集することになりました。
人と関わることの難しさもありますが、とてもやりがいのあるお仕事ですもちろん、周りの先輩社員がしっかりとフォローしますので一人で不安な思いはさせませんよ

総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり156時間56分
- 8:45~17:30(実働7.75h)
*残業は1日0~1h程度で月平均は15h程度です
*勤務時間は多少の相談可能です。
保育園送り時間の関係で
少し遅い時間から勤務したい
