仕事内容

新築木造住宅の現場監督者として、予算・工程・安全管理などを行います。住みやすさとデザイン性を兼ね備えたこだわりのある住宅づくりをおこなっており、1棟あたりの着工から竣工までの期間は約4ケ月程、常時約10〜20棟程を並行して担当していただきます。ひとつひとつの工程と仕上がりに責任を持って現場を統括し、お客様に確かな品質の住宅をお届けする役割になります。

給 与

月給:241,500円

[基本給195,600円+現場手当45,900円]

  • 現場手当は、時間外30時間分の固定残業代です。

    1ヶ月の時間外労働が30時間未満の場合でも減額はありません。

    30時間を超過した場合は、別途支給いたします。
  • 中途採用の方につきましては、経験・年齢・前給を考慮し、当社規程により優遇します。

・宅地建物取引士:月1万円または2万円

※営業職のうち、会社が指定する者については月2万円を支給

・二級建築士:月2万円 ・一級施工管理技士:月2万円

9:00〜18:00(休憩時間60分)
