建物管理部門で、マンションやアパートの運営を支える

事務・バックオフィスの中核ポジションをお任せします。

「建物管理って専門的?」と思われがちですが、

未経験スタートが9割。基礎研修とOJTでイチから学べます。

【仕事内容】

建物(賃貸物件)の管理に関する事務業務全般を担当します。

▼主な業務内容

■ データ入力・情報管理(メイン業務)

・点検結果の入力

・入退去情報の登録

・設備の交換履歴の管理

・報告書・台帳の更新

■ 書類作成

・見積書・契約書作成サポート

・点検報告書の作成

・簡単な図面・写真の貼り付け作業

(フォーマットあり)

■ スケジュール調整・連絡業務

・点検業者との日程調整

・入居者への連絡

・管理会社・オーナーとのやり取り

■ オフィス業務全般

・電話・メール対応

・書類の整理、ファイリング

・設備修繕に関する簡単な手配補助

※難しい判断は専門スタッフが行うため、未経験でも安心

10:00~19:00

(実働8時間/休憩60分)
