We are seeking a Revenue Growth Manager for a leading company in the food and beverage sector in Tokyo. Your main role will be to enhance profitability strategies, focusing on pricing, assortment, promotions, product mix, and trade terms. This position is key in driving revenue and aligning with the company's business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead initiatives to boost profitability and revenue.
- Create data-driven pricing strategies to guide decisions.
- Implement and manage price changes.
- Analyze strategies to find growth opportunities.
- Optimize brand and product mix to meet sales and profit goals.
- Work with teams to set and track performance metrics.
- Plan and manage promotional budgets.
- Develop guidelines to improve promotions.
- Review past promotions and suggest improvements.
- Create trade terms guidelines that meet company and legal standards.
- Ensure compliance and improve trade term efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business or related field.
- Extensive experience in FMCG pricing, promotions, and trade terms.
- Skilled in financial analysis and data interpretation.
- Experience in consultancy is a plus.
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English.
- Strong analytical and strategic skills.
- Excellent at influencing and managing stakeholders.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and multitask.
- Deep understanding of FMCG market and competition.
- Expertise in analyzing cost structures and profitability.
- Proactive problem-solver with a flexible mindset.
