がんの早期発見という社会課題に向き合うヘルスケア領域において、サービス全体のアートディレクションおよびグラフィックデザイン業務を担っていただきます。

Web・印刷物・広告・動画・イベントなど媒体を問わず、ユーザーの行動を促すビジュアル表現を設計・実装し、ブランド体験の質を高める役割です。

・アートディレクション、コミュニケーションデザイン

・各種クリエイティブ制作

(Webサイト、プロダクト関連ツール、検査結果表、広告、パンフレット、イベントVI、スライド、動画、CI 等)

・デザインコンセプト設計、ワイヤーフレーム作成

・デザインリサーチ

・社内外デザイナーやマーケティング/CRM/広報チームとの協働

・制作進行管理、品質管理、レビュー

・チームマネジメントへの関与

  • 必須要件・スキル

・アートディレクションの実務経験

・グラフィック/コミュニケーションデザイナーとしての実務経験5年以上(印刷物経験必須)

・制作進行管理の実務経験

・社内外関係者と連携し、プロジェクトを推進できるコミュニケーション力

・ビジュアルを通じた課題解決力

  • 歓迎要件・スキル

・Webデザインの実務経験

・動画/アニメーション制作の実務経験

・マーケティングデータを活用したクリエイティブ戦略立案経験(ユーザー分析、ABテスト等)

・テキストライティングの経験

・サービスやプロダクトの立ち上げ・グロース経験

・日本国内在住の方

・N1もしくは相当レベルの日本語コミュニケーションスキルをお持ちの方
