Program Overview
The Schneider Graduate Program (SGP) is designed to help you grow faster at the Early Career stage.
Once you join, the first 2-year you will experience 3 rotations (8-month each).
During the 24 months with us, you may go through a Structured Rotational track under different functions mainly as sales, marketing and business development.
It will allow you to learn different businesses or functions within Schneider, through a series of accelerated induction and programs.

What you will do:
Lead commercial projects that accelerate Schneider Electric's market presence and deliver value to customers.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and business development teams to design and execute go-to-market strategies.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities and create impactful business solutions.
Engage directly with customers and partners to strengthen relationships and drive revenue growth.
Contribute to strategic decision-making by providing insights that influence pricing, product positioning, and commercial strategy.

Experience and skills we are looking for:
Minimum a Bachelor's Degree. Students with STEM background are strongly welcome
A eagerness to be a commercial business leader in future
A strong interest in Schneider Electric's mission to provide energy and automation digital solutions for efficiency and sustainability.
Agile mindset and thirst for knowledge, willingness to unlearn and relearn.
Strong proactiveness - to think and act quickly to deliver results
Languages
Japanese:
at least professional business proficiency (reference: JLPT1~2)
English:
at least professional business proficiency(reference: TOEIC(R) 850 or above)
Other nice to have experiences as applicants:
Overseas experience (study abroad, internship, etc.)
Leadership experience in sports clubs, circles, academic projects, etc.
