アドバイザリーのコンサルティングには、大きくビジネス、業務、ITの3つの領域がありますが1つの領域にとどまらず活躍するコンサルタントとして経験を積むことができます。
■ビジネス領域
・経営戦略(DX、中期経営計画、組織変革等)の策定と実行支援
・新規事業開発支援
■業務領域
・業務プロセスの最適化(業務改善)
・業務改革の推進
■IT領域
・IT戦略の策定と実行支援
・システム導入支援
・ITツールの利活用支援(M365、AI、copilot等)
・システム構築のプロジェクトマネジメント
自分のやってみたいことや興味があることに手を上げればやらせてもらえる環境なので、業界や領域ごと部門が分かれているコンサルティングファームでは経験できない幅広い業界や領域を経験することができ、自分の得意な領域や知識を極めたい分野を見つけていけるのも魅力です。
ご入社いただいた後は、共通トレーニングに参加いただき、社会人としての基本、基礎技術、ビジネススキル研修の後、プロジェクトワークショップを通して実践に必要なチームワークと思考力を身に着けます。配属決定後、上記記載の所属組織に分かれて、更に各専門性を磨いていただくトレーニングをご提供します。

アバナードではハイパフォーマー人材の育成を目的として、人材開発・育成プログラムの開発と導入を専門に行うグローバルチーム「Global Learning &Development」を設置しています。
常時450以上のプログラムを提供し、4半期ごとに30から40の新しいコースをオープンしています。また、キャリアアドバイザー制度により年間80時間のトレーニング受講を徹底することで、計画的で継続的なスキルアップと、社員のキャリア形成を加速させる環境を用意しています。

・大学・大学院・高等専門学校を2026年4月~2027年3月までの間にご卒業予定で27年4月にご入社可能な方(学部問わず)
・ITによる企業改革に対する興味関心が高い方
・日本語による流暢なコミュニケーションが可能な方(N1同等以上レベル)
