社内SE(PDMシステムリーダー)NECグループ向け/年休126日

【仕事内容】

NECグループのハードウェア製品開発を支えるPDMシステムのリーダーとして、

システムライフサイクル全般(企画・要件定義・設計・構築・テスト・移行・リリース・運用保守)を統括いただきます。

また、チームマネジメントを含むプロジェクト全体のリーダーシップも発揮していただきます。

※本ポジションは、NECに出向いただきます。

  • 想定プロジェクト

・既存PDMシステムの機能追加開発

・ユーザーニーズに基づくシステム機能改善

・新規ユーザー導入に伴う関連システム構築

・日常PDMシステムの管理業務(監視・バックアップ・パフォーマンスチューニング等)

・次期PDMシステム構想~構築

NEC/コーポレート/コーポレートITシステム部門/SCMシステム統括部へ配属予定です。

NECグループの社内システム(PDM等)の提案から構築・運用保守までを担当する部門です。

・社内メンバー:13名 (管理職:2名、リーダー:2名、メンバー:9名)

・協力ソフトハウス:約20名

年収:683~949 万円 月給制 基本給:350000円残業代:残業代支給対象外 ※専門業務型裁量労働制により1日7時間45分働いたものとみなされます。変動手当:住宅手当 裁量労働手当通勤手当:あり 実費支給(上限なし) 賞与:あり 年1回(6月) 昇給:あり 年1回(4月)
