- 神奈川後保護施設(かながわあとほごしせつ)は、横須賀市吉倉町にて、地域の障がいをお持ちの方の支援を行っています。
- 生活介護・施設入所支援・短期入所を行い一人ひとりに適切なケアをし毎日の生活をサポートします。
- このたびの募集では、調理のお仕事をしてくださる方を募集しています。調理経験者の方は特に歓迎しています
- 週4日、社保ありのお仕事です。プライベートを大事にしたい方にピッタリです。
- 「安針塚駅」や「横須賀駅」から徒歩圏内に位置しているので、電車通勤も可能です。
【募集職種】
調理師/調理スタッフ
【仕事内容】
障害者支援施設(2施設で定員100名)における調理業務全般 ・調理済み食品の温めや盛り付けがメインのお仕事で、本格的な調理業務(切る・炒める等)はありません。 雇用期間の定めあり・初回の雇用契約のみ3か月とし、それ以降は6か月契約(原則更新/上限なし) 従事すべき業務の変更の範囲:法人の定める業務 就業の場所の変更の範囲:なし
【給与】
【パート・バイト】時給 1,225円
【給与の備考】
賞与 年2回(年間30万円) 昇給あり(実績1.00%) 処遇改善手当 40,451円(2024年11月実績、月により変動あり) 通勤手当 上限50,000円/月(当法人規定により支給) ※試用期間3か月・条件変更なし
