仕事内容

QA(Quality Assurance)業務は、エイチームが開発するゲーム・アプリの品質保証・向上を担っていただくお仕事です。ユーザーのみなさまに、より快適な環境でゲームを楽しんでいただけるよう改善に努めていただきます。

  • テスト設計/見積もり
  • テスト項目書の作成
  • 動作チェック
  • レポート作成
  • 開発チームと連携したコンテンツ改善
  • ゲーム内に公開する情報の確認や修正対応

    必須スキル/経験

  • スマートフォン向けゲームのQA業務経験 1年以上
  • 基本的なPCスキル
  • Excelで関数などを使った集計・分析・グラフ作成スキル

    • 歓迎スキル/経験

  • コンシューマゲームのQA経験
  • テスト設計/見積もり経験
  • 5名以上のチームでの実務経験
  • 10名以上のチームでのQAリーダー経験
  • サービスの分析・改善が得意な方
  • 日常会話程度の外国語が話せる方

    月給270,000円以上(能力・経験・前給を考慮の上、面談により決定)
    ※上記金額には30時間分のみなし残業代を含む
    例)月給270,000円の場合は51,900円(実際の給与により異なる)
    ※1ヵ月間の中で、上記みなし残業時間を超える勤務をした場合は、残業代を追加支給
    ※決算賞与:有(会社の業績・個人の実績に応じて支給)

    評価・雇用契約

  • 雇用形態:契約社員
  • 人事考課:年2回(8月・2月)
  • 試用期間:有(原則3ヵ月、待遇変更無し)
  • 契約期間:正社員(定めなし)、契約社員(1年間)
