【Common Requirements】
・English communication skill
- To communicate in English with customers and partner companies
(Speaking, reading, writing)
-To participate in online meetings/callconferences in English

Project Manager
- Proposing ideas and initiating measures to improve product quality and usability
- Project management
└ Planning quality assurance plans, hearing issue
└ Establishment of a quality assurance system
└ Overall project management and promotion
- Project team management of 5 to 20 people, or management of multiple projects of up to 10 people
- Communication with customers and partner companies in Japanese and English & handling of online meetings / callconferences

PMO
- Proactive work planning / documentation / vendor control / progress management / reporting to customers, etc., whilekeeping in mind customer's point of view

Supporting, promoting and consulting on project management
- Standardization of project management processes
- Communication in Japanese and English with customers and partner companies, and setting/participation in online meetings/ call conferences
