仕入・企画・販売までをご担当いただきます。

<仕事の流れ>

  • 物件の仕入営業

不動産仲介会社様に連絡・訪問して、

用地やマンションの情報収集を行ないます。

一般家庭への飛び込みや電話営業はございません。

  • 物件の下見・購入

社用車や電車で向かいます。

物件調査・不動産鑑定を行い物件を購入します。

  • 購入した物件を販売できる物件へ

建物解体、造成工事、建売工事、リノベーション工事など

販売価値を向上させ、完成させます。

不動産仲介会社や一般のお客様に販売します。

などを行う、総合不動産会社です。

年間で100棟以上を目指しているので、
