仕事内容:

SNSを活用して、企業の採用課題を解決するポジションです。

・採用目的に合わせたSNSマーケティング施策の企画と提案

・企業へのヒアリングを通じた採用課題の整理と明確化

・SNSを中心とした広告配信や動画施策のプランニング

・投稿内容や配信スケジュールの設計と進行管理

・配信結果の数値分析、レポーティングおよび改善施策の提案

データとクリエイティブの両面から、採用成功を支援する仕事です。
