【仕事内容】

  • 頑張りに応じてインセンティブ制度あり残業は基本ありません

  • 受信

・携帯電話のアンテナ設置場所提供の賃貸借契約を締結している契約者向けのコールセンター(個人・法人)

  • スマホがつながるために必要な電波を設置しているビルのオーナー様やマンション利用者さんからお問い合わせいただきます

・契約関連、設備不具合の申告などに関するお問い合わせ

・各地域担当へのお問い合わせの取次ぎ

  • 拠点は全国に9か所あります

・市町村などの行政機関からのアンテナ設置契約の更新手続きに関するお問い合わせ

・アンテナ設置場所(建物)の法令停電の問合せ受付

  • 発信 ※受信業務に付随する内容になります

・名義変更や住所移転等の手続き書類の返送状況確認

・再入電待ち案件において未入電の場合の確認連絡 など

資格


コールセンターでの就業経験がある方

PC基本操作(WEBブラウザ、Googleスプレッドシート、Excelの操作・文字入力・検索など)できる方

タイピング(1分間のタイピング文字数100文字以上の方)

通話中のマウス/タイピング操作が可能な方

法人向け対応の経験がある方・契約書を取り扱う業務経験のある方(契約書の読み取りができる)

不動産業界の経験がある方 活躍できます

勤務時間


8:45~17:45 (休憩1時間 実働8時間)

※基本的に応対が延長すること以外での残業はありません

休日


土日祝休み 週5日勤務

※年末年始休暇:12/28~1/3
