仕事内容

LLM-CoE(生成AI・LLMのセンターオブエクセレンス)として、グループの生成AI利活用を攻めと守りの両面から支援します。

生成AIに関する技術やソリューションの調査および評価、活用促進に向けた施策の企画や人材育成、その他生成AIの利活用に向けたITインフラ環境の整備等に従事いただきます。

【業務内容例】

・生成AIを活用したシステム開発高度化(例:レガシーマイグレーション、コード生成、テスト自動化、運用高度化)に向けたPoC企画の立案および推進

・グループにおける生成AI関連のアーキテクチャ/インフラの標準化推進

・生成AI活用に関する相談・助言対応

・PoC(概念実証)支援や推進

・安全に利用するためのガバナンスの整備・維持活動

・勉強会の企画・開催

応募資格

経験

【必須】※以下いずれか一つのご経験(3年以上)をお持ちの方

・システム開発もしくはPM・PL等の経験

・技術標準策定、技術企画等に関する実務経験

・技術的なドキュメント作成およびプレゼンテーションスキル

・クラウドプラットフォーム(Azure, AWS, GCP)でのシステム設計・構築経験

【歓迎】

・AIまたは機械学習プロジェクトの実務経験

・ソフトウェア開発におけるアジャイル手法の経験

・システムのグランドデザイン検討・策定経験

資格

【必須】

基本情報処理技術者あるいは相応のベンダー系資格必須

※入社時は未保有も可だが、入社後可及的速やかに取得必須(上位資格での代替可能)

【歓迎】

応用情報処理技術者、高度情報処理技術者あるいは相応のベンダー系資格
