人事労務業務を中心に、バックオフィスから
会社を支えるお仕事です。
【主な業務内容】
・勤怠管理(システム修正、有給管理など)
・入退社手続き、情報管理
・各拠点からの問い合わせ対応
・届出書類の作成、提出
・契約書の作成、チェック
【経験に応じてお任せする業務】
・休職者対応(面談・手続き)
・労災手続き
・年末調整、住民税対応
・給与、社会保険関連業務
各種申請は電子申請を行っており、
奉行シリーズを使用しています。

勤務時間は9:00~18:00の固定勤務で、生活リズムが整いやすい点も魅力のひとつです。残業は月10時間前後と少なめで、チャットツールを活用した相談・確認がしやすい環境のため、チームで連携しながら働くことができます。
業務経験を積んだ先には、主任・課長などへのキャリアアップも可能です。人事部の中核メンバーとして裁量を持って働きながら、労務にとどまらず人事全般へと業務領域を広げていくことができます。
訪問看護事業や障がい者雇用支援事業など、社会貢献性の高い事業を展開する成長中の企業で、人事労務として会社を支える重要なポジションです。医療・福祉業界の経験は問いません。

勤務時間・曜日:
9:00~18:00の固定勤務です。
休憩は60分、週5日勤務。
残業は月10時間前後と少なめです。
休暇・休日:
- 完全週休二日制(土日祝休み)
- 年間休日数:<125日>
- 年次有給休暇:<入社半年後に10日付与>
- 夏季休暇4日:<6/1~9/30のうち4日>
- 冬季休暇:<12/29~1/3>
- 特別休暇制度あり(慶弔休暇、産前産後休暇、育児休暇など)

給与:
固定残業代あり:月給 ¥270,000 〜 ¥300,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥52,080〜¥57,870(30時間相当分)を含む。30時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
- 昇給・賞与あり(前年度実績あり)。賞与年2回(6月、9月)
- 通勤手当支給(上限40000円/月)
- 固定残業代制度を導入しており、月の残業時間が30時間を超えた場合は、別途残業代を支給します。
