勤務中なのに、ずっと休憩時間?

日々、時間に追われるような忙しい職場環境に疲れていませんか?

弊社の夜間運行管理補助はそんな皆さんにぴったりの仕事です

運行管理といっても難しい業務ではありません。

主な業務は、夜間勤務のドライバーへの点呼対応、万が一のトラブル対応、そして電話での配車依頼の対応のみ

最大の魅力は、業務の合間はほとんど自由時間として過ごせること。

ドライバーのトラブル対応が必要な時以外は、待機しながら動画を見たり、お菓子を食べたりと、リラックスして自由に過ごしていただけます。

乗務員のトラブルも頻繁に起こるものではなく、21時以降は配車依頼の電話が少なくなり、1時〜5時の間は受付そのものが停止しているため、ほとんどの時間が実質的に休憩時間と同様です。

出勤日は月に10日だけ。

毎日通勤が面倒という方も、弊社では月にたったの12日だけ出勤していただければよいので、家が遠い方も安心して通っていただけます

また、真夏の暑い日や真冬の寒い日でも出勤日数が少ないため、他と比べて負担が少なく働きやすい環境です

勤務時間・曜日:

基本的には17時~8時の勤務

休憩は4時間ですが、いつでも点呼をとれる状態であれば、勤務時間中でも基本何をしていても問題ございません。
