【業務内容】
同社の京都営業所にて、建造物における設備施工管理業務をお任せします。
現場常駐にて、工程/予算/品質/安全管理などを行っていただきます。
【案件】
国立競技場や麻布台ヒルズをはじめ日本を代表するランドマークタワーや、EV電池工場/電子部品工場(クリーンルーム)といった専門性が求められる現場など、新築、リニューアル、幅広く様々な建物に携わっています。

■同社は「空気調和設備」の技術者=プロフェッショナルとして、開発者=パイオニアとして、数多くの建物に快適な空間を創出してきました。 国産第1号のターボ冷凍機の制作をはじめ、「いいものがなければ自分たちで作る」という創業者の精神に立ち、優れた空調設備が要求する機器やシステムやシステムを自ら開発してきました。
■2022年、生産拠点「T-Base」を開設。現場を問わず共通の部分や、繰り返し作業となる部分を標準化し、現場とは離れた場所(オフサイト)で生産/供給を行い施工プロセスの変革を進めています。
【効果1】設備を組み立ててから現場に運ぶことで、現場作業時間を10分の1へ短縮し、生産性UPに成功。
【効果2】工場ではひとつひとつの作業を簡易化、また、資材を鉄からアルミに変更し軽量化することで、女性や高齢者など多様な人材の活用にもつながっています。
※施工管理職についても、文系出身者が多数在籍。様々なバックボーンを持つ社員が活躍しています。

【求める人材】
<応募に必須な条件>
【必須】
■高校卒業以上
■1級管工事施工管理技士資格 取得
■建設現場の施工管理実務経験3年以上
※1 無資格もしくは2級管工事施工管理技士保有者は契約社員となります。 入社後1~2年以内に資格取得前提の方でも選考可能です。

【年収例】620万円~1000万円(例20~49歳)
【月給例】28万円~(例20~49歳)
月給制:月給28~36万円
