今回は、お客様への提案営業と

技術サポートや製品導入、メンテナンス

対応を行う【技術営業】職を募集します

営業としてお客様と関係を築きながらも

製品を実際に触って理解して、

「どう使えばより効率的なのか…」

「こんな使い方もあります」と提案できる。

《 仕事内容 》

  • 技術サポートを通してお客様との

信頼関係を築く仕事です

お取引のあるプラント設備、化学薬品、

理化学機器、ろ過器などを扱うお客様

(商社・メーカー・工場・研究機関・農家)

などへ導入支援からメンテナンス、

アフターフォローまでを担当します。

  • 製品や機器の設置工事、立ち会い
  • 納入後のメンテナンス・点検・修理
  • 使用方法の説明・技術サポート
  • 顧客ニーズのヒアリング・提案活動
  • 書類作成(見積書・納品書)など

  • 透析排水などの中和装置の

提案営業と納品設置

  • pH計や導電率計などの

水質測定機器の販売

  • 導入済みユーザーへのメンテナンスや

部品交換のご提案

連携して専門の中和システムを

場合でも既存製品を組み合わせたり、

新たにお客様の要望に沿った製品を

設計・開発・提案することで、

《 入社後の流れ 》

まずは座学研修や社内勉強会を通じて

業界知識・製品知識を身につけます。

その後、製造拠点で製品を実際に見ながら

構造や仕組み、操作方法を学びます。

配属後は、先輩営業と同行訪問しながら、

お客様との接し方や提案方法を実践で習得。

製品の取扱説明や点検の立ち会いなど、

一つひとつの経験を積み重ねながら

少しずつ業務の幅を広げていきましょう。

営業経験がなくても機械整備や電気系の

知識をお持ちの方はすぐに活躍可能です。

逆に、営業経験者でも技術的なことを

学びたいという方は、入社後のOJTで

しっかりスキルを身につけています。

マンツーマンで丁寧に指導していくので、

未経験の方もご安心ください

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 24万円 〜 27万円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり2万円 〜 3万円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり10時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する
