職務内容
- 機械、センサー、プロセスデータを分析し、故障パターン、ダウンタイム要因、最適化の機会を明らかにする。
- 予知保全モデル(故障予測、RUL、異常検知)を構築・展開する。
- 保守チームおよび運用チームと緊密に連携し、製造現場の課題を分析ソリューションに変換する。
- データクリーニング、特徴量エンジニアリングからモデリング、検証、製品化まで、エンドツーエンドのデータサイエンスワークフローを主導する。
- 技術系および非技術系のステークホルダーに対し、洞察を明確かつ自信を持って伝達する。
- 製造ライン全体にわたるデジタル/AIイニシアチブの導入を支援する。

スキル・資格
応募資格:
- データサイエンス分野で5年以上の経験があり、製造または産業環境での実務経験を有すること。
- 保守関連の分析(機器の健全性、故障モード、信頼性メトリクス、SPCなど)に精通していること。
- 時系列モデリング、異常検知、機械学習(教師あり学習および教師なし学習)に関する豊富な経験があること。
- Python、SQL、および一般的なDSライブラリ(Pandas、Scikit-Learn、TensorFlow/PyTorchが望ましい)に精通していること。
- 産業用データソース(PLCデータ、OSIsoft PIなどのヒストリアン、MESデータ、SCADA)の運用経験があること。
- 現場チームとの円滑な連携、適切な質問、そして洞察に基づいた行動への転換ができること。
- 優れたコミュニケーションスキル(流暢で、体系的で、説得力があること)。
- ビジネスレベルの英語力日本語能力は大きな強みです。
歓迎
- 機械工学、工業工学、または製造工学のバックグラウンド。
- クラウドプラットフォーム(AWS/GCP/Azure)を介したモデルのデプロイ経験。
- TPM、リーン、シックスシグマ、または信頼性工学の概念に関する知識。
日本語: ネイティブレベルの日本語(JLPT N)とビジネスレベルの英語力が必要
