We're on the lookout for a dynamic, ambitious, and creatively driven Business Development Executive to fuel our expanding team in Jakarta.
Build and nurture new client leads while build client relationship, understand their needs, and find opportunities for more business
Lead sales pitches, create compelling proposals and presentations, negotiate contracts and confidently seal deals
Generate leads , form partnership and boost agency's visibility
Keep an eye of the competition, analyze trends and spot growth opportunities
Partner with management to set sales strategies, goals, and forecasts.
Track performance and report on business developement activities
Strengthen relationships with existing clients through support and smart insights.
Share ideas and insights for new services and market opportunities.
Solve client challenges and refine processes to prevent issues before they happen.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's Degree in Business , Management , Communications, Hospitality, Digital Media, Marketing, or related fields.
1+ year experience in Sales within an Agency, Startup, e-Commerce, or Digital Marketing industry.
Strong English communication skills — both spoken and written.
Confident communicator with strong presentation and problem-solving abilities.
Detail-oriented and capable of leading projects with precision.
A proactive thinker — eager to propose new ideas and activities.
Excellent organizational skills:
able to juggle multiple projects, prioritize smartly, meet deadlines, and stay calm under pressure.
