①新規営業

EPARK歯科メディアやEPARK歯科台帳の新規営業を行います。

お電話にて歯科医師の先生から現状やお悩みをヒアリングしていきます。

ニーズに応じたご提案を行うことは、効果的に商材やサービスの価値を伝えることが求められるお仕事です。

その後、ご提案・ご契約と進んでいく中では価格やサービス内容についての詳細な話し合いを行い、歯科医院様との信頼関係を築いていきます。

②既存営業

既存の歯科医院様に対して、LINEサービスや広告運用などのご提案をしていきます。

私たちのサービスをよりご活用いただけるよう、歯科医院様のニーズに応じた提案を行い、問題を解決することで満足度を高めていきます。

入社後、現場配属前の研修を数日行います。

現場配属後は現場研修を行い、先輩社員から実践的な知識、テクニックをお伝えします。

サービスの概要や営業トークのコツなど身についたら、先輩の営業同行を始めます。独り立ちしてからも、「こんな事例があります」「こんなトークで受注しました」という情報共有やロープレなど、チームで助け合い、切磋琢磨しながら成長していこうという社風です。
