[業務内容]Responsibilities:
- プロジェクト開発スケジュールの作成、管理、コントロール
- ADAS で使用される機能を車両に適合させるための開発実務とプロジェクト管理
- 積極的なプロセス改善の取り組みとその進捗管理
- サプライヤーの技術仕様調整と進捗管理
- テスト仕様調整、進捗管理、結果分析
- 部品製品図面・レイアウト活動の進捗管理
- 設備仕様調整と仕様確定までの進捗管理
- 機能安全(ISO26262)プロセス作業とその進捗管理
- サイバーセキュリティ プロセス作業と進捗管理
- ソフトウェア更新 プロセス作業と進捗管理自動車エンジニアリング分野における日英/英日へのドキュメント、メール翻訳
[応募条件]Requirements:
必須要件 下記のいずれかのご経験をお持ちの方
- 電気/電子工学、機械工学、システム工学、コンピュータサイエンスなどの学士号、またはそれ以上の学位。
- 自動車業界で6年以上の実務経験 OEM/ティア1が望ましい。
尚可要件 Good to Have:
- プロジェクトマネージャーまたはPMOとしての実務経験
- ADAS開発に精通
- 自動車安全規制(Euro NCAP、ASEAN NCAP、IIHC、Global NCAP、Japan NCAP等)の詳細理解。
- ADAS に必要な関連機能コンポーネントの基本的理解
- ADAS ECU およびすべての安全コンポーネント(ロジック/水平/警告/アラートなど)の詳細理解
- ADAS コンポーネントのシステムアーキテクチャとコンポーネント図の基本理解
- 車両通信・診断プロトコル(CAN/LIN/DTCなど)の基本理解
- 電気回路図の基本的理解/ハーネス CAD の経験
- テストツールの簡単な理解(ETAS/VECTOR/Lauterbach など)
- 機能安全 - ISO 26262 および R10、R79、R89、R13H、GSR などのホモロゲーシン要件について簡単に理解していること。
語学力 Language Skill:
- 英語力 ビジネスレベル
- 日本語力 ビジネスレベル、JLPT N3以上(高い会話レベル必須)
