グループホーム 管理者(管理職(介護))

【仕事内容】


事業所の管理、運営業務をお任せいたします。 運営管理(運営方針、理念、法令の把握や遵守) ・入居を希望される方やご家族様の対応 ・在籍スタッフの管理 ・スタッフの採用活動 ・売上管理(契約業務、保険請求業務、各種経費など) ・行政の調整(報告書や計画書の作成や提出) ・施設開設に伴う準備や立ち上げ ※オープン前の施設の場合 など ・従事すべき業務の変更の範囲:なし ・就業の場所の変更の範囲:会社の定める事業所

【正職員】月給 280,000円 〜 350,000円

【給与の備考】

  • 正職員 施設管理者 基本給 200,000円~270,000円 調整給 70,000円~70,000円 管理者手当 10,000円 昇給 年1回 交通費全額支給 社保完備 有資格者の方は別途手当支給

【勤務時間】


残業月20時間以内 ・9:00~18:00(休憩:12:00~13:00) ・8:00~22:00の間で実働8時間(休憩60分) ・8:00~22:00の間で1日3時間以上から応相談(労働時間が6時間を超えた場合の休憩時間は法定通り) ※場合により夜勤あり 夜勤の場合 16:30~翌9:00 休憩3時間


【休日】


年間休日120日以上 #月1シフト提出 週休二日制 (配置基準上160時間配置)
