【主な業務内容】

・入所者の健康管理、バイタルチェック

・処置、受診付き添い、多職種連携

【業務の特徴】

・ユニット型ケア:1ユニット7~9名の少人数制による固定配置。

・分業体制:介護助手が清掃・配膳・下膳を担当し、看護・介護の専門性を分離。
