Job Title: Digital Acquisition - Analyst-Marketing

This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to Japan's Digital Prospect Acquisition, a key focus area for business growth.

Key goals include:

• Provide an exceptional prospecting experience
• Drive innovative acquisition initiatives for future growth
• Collaborate with local and global teams to increase card applications on the American Express website

Responsibilities:

• Develop best-in-class UI/UX for the Digital Acquisition channel
• Manage marketing initiatives in partnership with channel and product owners
• Create marketing content for increased personalization and conversion
• Work with key stakeholders to enhance content testing and user experience

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years of digital marketing experience
• Strong communication skills in Japanese/English
• Understanding of consumer behavior and interactive technologies
• Ability to analyze data and drive actionable insights
• Knowledge of card economics and financial concepts
• Results-oriented with strong project management skills
• Excellent relationship-building and influencing abilities
• Detail-oriented, creative, and organized
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Project/stakeholder management experience preferred
