【職務内容】
AIネイティブ時代における働き方(健康テーマを含む)をデザイン
・行動科学・健康科学・組織論等のエビデンスを踏まえた次世代のヒューマンワークデザインの構想・言語化
・既存の人事・働き方(健康)施策・業務設計の構造的見直し
・個人最適と組織成果を両立するデザインの策定
AIパーソナライズドサービスの企画・実装
・再定義したワークデザインを具現化するAI活用型パーソナライズドサービスの企画
・会社・組織(チーム)における生産性向上や自律の促しなどパフォーマンス向上を図るとともに、社員データ(人事・勤務・健康・その他)、業務特性を踏まえた社員目線でのベネフィット・体験設計
・社内関連組織・チーム(IT部門・産業保健体制・ビジネス企画部門・AI活用推進チーム・外部パートナー等)と連携したPoC設計・実装推進
・実装にあたっては施策だけが一人歩きしないよう、働き方・健康領域における既存システム・各種制度の成り立ち・関係性を理解し、新たなワークデザイン実現に向けたアップデートを社内関連組織・チームとの連携にて推進
・公平性・透明性・説明可能性を踏まえた責任あるAI設計

本ポジションは、従来の人事施策や制度運用に留まらず、「働き方そのもの」を再設計する専門職です。個人最適と組織成果を両立する働き方を行動科学や脳科学等(医療専門職との連携を前提)も取り入れながら構想、実装まで担います。AIは効率化や管理のためではなく、社員一人ひとりの状態や特性に応じたパーソナライズを実現する手段として活用します。構想やPoCに留まらず、実データに基づく効果検証を行い、全社展開・スケールまで関われる点も特長です。ウェルビーイングとパフォーマンスの両立を軸に、事業成果と持続的な成長に貢献する働き方の実装に挑み、自身の強みや関心を活かしながら、役割の幅を広げていくことができます。

【職場環境】
リモートワーク:週半分以上可能
入社3ヶ月程度は出社メインを予定していますが、自律的に業務を遂行できるようになれば、リモートワークと在宅勤務の併用可(現メンバーの実績:週2〜3日程度リモート勤務活用)

シニアプロフェッショナル(部長相当)の場合
【MUST】
・CoE機能での制度設計・展開の経験または、労働組合対応の経験5年以上
または、
・他のHR機能における、労務対応経験10年以上
【WANT】
以下のいずれか、もしくは複数の経験やスキルをお持ちの方
・利害が一致しない関係者のなかで一致点を導き出すネゴシエーションの経験がある
・経営幹部の考えを構造化するための必要な対話術、資料化のスキルを持っている
・社員向けの制度説明資料など、かみ砕いた分かりやすい資料作成のスキルを持っている
・組織横断でのプロジェクト推進・マネジメント経験がある
プロフェッショナル(課長相当)の場合

・年収1070万〜1400万円程度
