~~<業務内容>~~
『未経験からIT事務へ。』
入社後はまず研修からスタートし、
将来的には以下のような業務内容を担当いただく想定です。
- クラウドツール(Salesforceなど)でのデータ入力・管理
- 社内外との連絡調整・ドキュメント作成
- ITプロジェクトの進行を支えるサポート業務
(研修内容例)
・1〜2ヶ月目:ビジネスマナー・IT基礎
・3〜6ヶ月目:JavaやSalesforceなど専門領域の学習・資格支援
・7ヶ月〜:実務スキルのさらなる定着

研修後はリモート案件への参画が可能で、副業もOK。

②オンライン面接1回(希望者は追加面談/カジュアル面談なども可能です)

実働時間:1日あたり8時間
平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり18日 〜 20日
10:00~19:00(実働8時間/休憩1時間)
※プロジェクト先により、多少異なる場合があります
残業は月平均5時間程度と少なめ

給与詳細
基本給:月給 28万円 〜 40万円
固定残業代:あり
【一律手当】
全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:あり
全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし
月給28万円~40万円+インセンティブ+賞与
※交通費支給(上限月2万円)
※経験・能力を考慮して決定します。
※資格取得手当(IT系資格の受験費用負担)あり
- インセンティブ制度もあり
- 新会社のためモデルケースですが、多くて月7万~10万円の支給額を想定しています。
※研修期間中も成果に応じて支給(社内規定あり)
- スキル次第で年収も働き方も自由
- 当社はスキルが身につけば、年収が上がる環境が整っています

初年度年収想定:350万円~520万円
年収350万円 / 22歳 /IT事務1年目/前職:大学事務
年収520万円 / 28歳 /エンジニア1年目/前職:ヘルプデスク
年収630万円 / 29歳 /エンジニア3年目/前職:Webエンジニア
年収1000万円 / 35歳 /エンジニア5年目/前職:営業
