【仕事内容】

*パーソナルトレーナー*として、トレーニング指導と店舗運営をお任せします。

具体的には...

  • トレーニング指導

・マンツーマン/セミパーソナルのトレーニング

・お客様の目的に合わせたメニュー作成

・初心者・運動が苦手な方へのサポート中心

  • 接客・カウンセリング

・初回カウンセリング

・体験対応/入会案内

・お客様との継続的なコミュニケーション

  • 店舗運営業務

・予約管理、問い合わせ対応

・清掃・安全管理

・オープン/クローズ業務

※「筋トレを教える」よりも「お客様に寄り添い、続けられる運動を支える」仕事です。

Q1. なぜグッドライフジムを選びましたか?

以前は業務委託のパーソナルジムで働いていましたが、収入の不安定さや将来のキャリアが見えないことに不安を感じていました。グッドライフジムは、「正社員としてトレーナーを育てる」前提があったこと、現場で終わらず、店長やSVなどの道が用意されていることが決め手でした。

一番の違いは、売上やノルマより「お客様と長く向き合うこと」を大切にしている点です。無理な売り込みがなく、トレーナーとして誠実に仕事ができます。また、研修やトレーナー同士のつながりがあり、一人で悩まず相談できる環境も大きな魅力です。

総労働時間:1週あたり40時間

平日 9:00~22:00

土/日/祝 9:00~18:00

週休2日(シフト制)

上記営業時間内に1日8時間勤務(1時間休憩)

年間休日 約110日(年末年始含む)

年末年始休暇:12月29日~1月3日

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 25万6000円 〜 50万円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり4万3000円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり28時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし
