発達障がいの子ども達に特化した

放課後等デイサービスにおける指導員をお任せします

"遊び"を通じて、子どもたちの"好きな事や

得意な事"を伸ばす支援を行います。

  • 子どもの可能性を追求するプログラム

児童発達支援管理責任者(施設常駐)が作成する

個別指導計画に基づき、子ども達の発達に

合わせたオーダーメイドプログラム、

自立支援と日常生活を充実させるための活動。

(各種イベントの実施、遊びを通した療育・発達支援など)

子どもたちが楽しく成長できる

療育を目指した学習支援を行っています。

放課後等デイサービスの多くでは

身体、知的、精神、発達障がいなど

様々な障がいを抱える子どもたちを受け入れています。

ただ、わくわくエジソンでは、

その分野の専門家としてより深い支援を

可能にしたいという想いから、

発達障がいの分野に特化した支援を行っているんです。

このような施設は大阪でも珍しいことから、

どの教室もキャンセル待ちになるほど大人気

また各教室は定員10名に対し、

管理者を含めた指導員4名で対応。

余裕を持って接することができる体制なので

子どもたちと深く関わることができますよ。

※子どもたちは主に小学生~高校生。

現在は小学校3~4年生が多数在籍しています。

子どもたちの自主性を尊重し、

「遊びを通じて」得意を伸ばす学習を行う当施設。

型にはまった形式的な支援ではなく、

ひとりひとりの子どもたちに合わせて

支援を行うため、幅広い対応力が身に付きます。

そして専門的な教育を行う当施設で

働くことにより、療育・発達支援や

発達障がいの分野における

深い知識・スキルを習得することが可能です。

また、食育・運動支援などを

マンツーマンで学べる

「ペアトレ」による保護者支援も実施。

保護者様に対する支援も身に付けられます。

「コミュニケーション指導」「教育指導」

など知識や支援の品質向上のため、

外部講師による講習、社内勉強会など、

豊富な研修をご用意しています。

発足以来、指導員の育成に注力しており、

今では自社教材を作成するほど。

「子ども達の可能性を伸ばすには、自分達が伸びないと」

そのスタンスから、向上心を持って

日々の業務に取り組み続けています。

また、業務に必要な資格・取得したい資格は

「全額会社負担」で取得可能です。

・社会福祉士または精神保健福祉士の資格をお持ちの方

・幼稚園、小学校、中学校、高等学校いずれかの教員免許をお持ちの方

・高卒以上で、児童福祉事業にて2年以上(360日以上)の実務経験がある方
