ペット業界向け物流ソリューション営業(3PL)
【職務詳細】
会社としてペットフードで 4 割(ペット業界全体では 2 割)のシェアを獲得しており、デジタルを活用したサプライチェーン全体の最適化を提供。27 年度までの中期事業計画においては、倉庫業者に留まらないペット用品関連業界のプラットフォーマーとしての新規顧客の拡大が急務です。そこで入社後は即戦力として、新規案件のプロジェクト管理のうえ、契約締結から物流センター拠点立ち上げまでの 3PL 営業を担当していただきます。
プロジェクトをマネジメントしながら営業実務にも携わっていただく難しいポジションですが、数十億円単位での営業活動に携わるダイナミックさが感じられる業務内容です。
営業先や物流センターへ月2回ほど日帰り出張あり。通常月の残業時間は20 時間とワークライフバランスがとりやすい環境です。繁忙期でも30時間、チーム内で協力しながら業務を行っています。

【給与】
年収:705万~907万程度
月給制:月額470000円
給与:■経験、スキル、年齢を考慮の上、同社規定により優遇
賞与:年2回(7月・12月)
昇給:年1回※評価に基づき決定
