具体的な仕事内容

===========

設備点検

施設内を巡回し

チェックシートをもとに点検します。

簡単なメンテナンス/修繕

電球の交換やドアの修繕など、

DIYのような作業です。

設備が壊れている時など、

修理が必要なものは専門業者に依頼します。

その他、

施設内の修繕工事の立会い、

報告書などの書類作成業務など。

管理室での待機時間もあり、

比較的ゆとりあるスケジュールで

勤務できます。

電気など設備に関する知識が

自然と身につきますので、

勤務時間詳細


総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり160時間

日勤8:30~17:30

(休憩1時間)

宿直8:30~翌8:30

(休憩8時間/12:00~13:00、20:00~21:00、24:00~翌6:00)

※上記勤務時間でのシフト制です。

※宿直勤務は週1回程度

【一日の流れ(例)】

08:30~ 朝礼

(宿直者からの引き継ぎなど)

08:45~12:00 各種点検作業

12:00~13:00 昼食休憩

13:00~15:00 各種点検・検針作業

15:00~15:15 休憩

15:15~17:00 管理室待機

17:20~17:30 終礼

17:30退社

※緊急トラブルがなければ基本的に

定時退社

平均残業時間は

月5~10時間程度です。

基本給:月給 21万円 〜 32万円

固定残業代:なし
