アクリルスタンド・アクリルキーホルダーなど

キャラクター/IPグッズの製造オペレーター業務をお任せします。

当社では最近、オフィス内にUVプリンター・レーザー加工機を新規導入しました。

一般的な工場ではなく、オフィス環境に近い空間での製造業務が特徴です。

具体的な業務内容

・UVプリンター・レーザー加工機の操作

・アクリル素材のセット、印刷・加工条件の調整

・出力データの確認

・仕上がりチェック・品質確認

・製造工程の管理、簡単なトラブル対応

※量産の流れ作業ではなく少人数での多品種・小ロット製造が中心です。

求めている人材


【必須条件】

・何らかの製造業での実務経験(業界不問)

【歓迎条件】

・機械オペレーター経験

・印刷機オペレーター経験

・工場・製造ラインでの勤務経験(UVプリンター・レーザー加工機など)

・条件出し・段取り替え・品質管理の経験

みなし労働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日

裁量労働制(みなし労働8時間)となります。

勤務例

9:00〜18:00(休憩1時間含む)

11:00〜20:00(休憩1時間含む)

休日休暇


完全週休2日制となります(土日祝休み)

給与詳細


基本給:月給 22万円 〜

固定残業代:なし

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:あり

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:あり

※給与額は経験に応じて相談となります

・昇給査定年2回

・交通費別途支給(月額20000円まで)

・交通費を伴わない方は住宅手当10000円を支給

30代前半のメンバーが裁量を持って活躍している環境です。

グッズ事業部は6名程度のメンバーが働いています。
