職務内容:
- 対象システムの自動化、管理、信頼性をサポートするツールを構築します。
- 対象システムのリリースパイプラインを構築およびサポートします。
- 開発/デリバリーチームの一員として、ソリューション設計の一環としてSREプラクティスを組み込みます。
- 設計、実装からターンダウン、廃止まで、システムライフサイクルを管理します。
- 対象システムをサポートする同僚やビジネスパートナー向けのドキュメントを作成します。
- ビジネスパートナーと連携し、SLO と SLI を定義し、合意されたメトリクスをサポートする堅牢な監視ソリューションを構築します。
- P1 および P2 のチケットを、システムを完全に復旧し、根本原因の問題を修復するための計画を作成することに重点を置いた、実証済みの体系的なアプローチを用いて解決します。
応募資格:
- コンピュータサイエンスまたは関連分野の学士号、もしくは同等の経験が望ましい
- SRE 業務における 5~10 年の関連経験
- 実証済みのリーダーシップとプロジェクトマネジメント能力
スキル:
- 優れたトラブルシューティングおよび問題解決能力
- 合意されたタイムラインでの機能リリースに向けて、独立して、またはデリバリーチームと連携して作業する能力
- SQL Server、Azure SQL PaaS、Azure SQL Managed Instance などの SQL データベーステクノロジーを強力にサポートする能力
- バックアップ、リカバリ、監視、メンテナンス、アップグレードを含むコアプラットフォームの包括的な管理を提供する能力
- Azure Resource Manager、AWS Cloud Formation、Ansible、Terraform などの Infrastructure as Code 言語を使用したスクリプト作成および自動化の経験
- Azure DevOps パイプラインの構築と管理のための YAML コードの作成経験
- Azure リソースの管理と運用に関するスキル
- Windows Server の管理と運用に関する知識
- Azure Synapse および Log Analytics の使用経験
