職務内容:
- システム信頼性とパフォーマンス:監視、トラブルシューティング、問題解決を含め、データプラットフォームとサービスの信頼性、スケーラビリティ、パフォーマンスを確保します。
- サービス設計と実装:エンジニアリングチームと協力して、大規模システムの設計、実装、運用を行い、運用を自動化・効率化するソフトウェアを開発します。
- 自動化とスクリプト作成:運用を効率化し、効率性を向上させ、手動によるエラーを削減するための自動化スクリプトとツールを開発・保守します。
- 監視とアラート:問題のタイムリーな検出と解決を確保するための監視およびアラートシステムを設計・実装します。
- コラボレーションとコミュニケーション:エンジニアリングチーム、プロダクトマネージャー、その他の関係者と緊密に連携し、システムとサービスがビジネス要件を満たし、会社の目標に沿っていることを確認します。
- インシデント対応と管理:根本原因分析、事後検証、是正措置の実施など、インシデント対応と管理に参加します。
- ドキュメント作成と知識共有:システム、サービス、プロセスの正確で最新のドキュメントを維持し、チームメンバーと知識を共有してコラボレーションと改善を促進します。

応募資格:
- コンピュータサイエンス、エンジニアリング、または関連分野の学士号または修士号。
- オンプレミスとAzureを組み合わせたハイブリッドクラウドプラットフォームで、データプラットフォームまたはその他のアプリケーションをサポートするサイト信頼性エンジニアとしての3年以上の経験。
- Python、Spark、Bash、PowerShellなどの言語における強力なスクリプト作成およびプログラミングスキル。
- ELKスタック、Grafana、Kibana、Splunkなどのオブザーバビリティツールの使用経験。
- Azureパブリッククラウドサービスの経験。アプリケーションのパフォーマンス分析、パフォーマンスチューニング、プラットフォームの高い可用性と安定性の確保を担当していただきます。
- SQLに関する豊富な実務経験とNo-SQLの経験が必要です。
- コアインフラストラクチャ技術(ネットワーク、DNS、ファイアウォール、ロードバランサー、Active Directory、RDBMS、Windows/RHEL、インフラセキュリティなど)に関する必須知識。
- コンテナ化およびコンテナオーケストレーションプラットフォーム(Docker、Kubernetes)、Terraformなどの知識。
- 優れたコミュニケーション能力。
- 本番環境における問題を特定し解決するための強力な分析力と問題解決能力。
