大手企業のドア枠の木製建具の製造を行っており、特殊な製品に関しては一番に依頼がかかるようになりました。
最先端の技術を積極的に取り入れて作業効率をあげたり、社員が一生懸命考えた改善活動を積極的に行ったりすることで、会社の技術力向上・生産性向上を実現いたしました。
製造管理では、品質管理や生産管理、マネジメントなどをお任せしようと思っています。

様々な工作機械を使用して木材を加工していきます。
どの家にもドアは複数枚あります。
用途により材質やデザインも異なります。
日々進化していくお客様の要望に応えながら、新たな製品を生み出す事を楽しんでいただければと思います。

先ずは新入社員研修からスタートです。
社会人基礎スキルや安全講習、専門用語や工作機械の使い方などを
先輩に教わりながら少しずつ覚えていってください。
簡単な加工から仕事をしていただき、将来的には品質管理や生産管理、マネジメントなどにも携わっていただけると嬉しいです。
