【業務内容】 :・プリセールス支援:営業担当と共に顧客に対してAI技術を活用した最適な提案を行い、案件を受注
・受託PoCや受託案件のプロジェクトマネジメント:プロジェクトの全フェーズ(要件定義~納品後のサポート)を推進し、
スケジュール管理や品質管理、リスク管理を徹底
・チームマネジメント:開発メンバー、営業、顧客など多様なステークホルダーを調整・マネジメントし、最適なプロジェクト進行を実現
・顧客との関係構築:顧客との信頼関係を築き、継続的なプロジェクト推進を図り、顧客期待を超える成果を達成
・予算・進捗管理:プロジェクトのコストとスケジュールを管理し、予算内で最大の成果を出すための調整と最適化
【案件事例】 :・LLM(大規模言語モデル)を活用したコールセンターDX支援 ・金融業務におけるドキュメント生成効率化
・業務支援のためのRAG(Retrieval Augmented Generation)構築 ・従業員のシフト作成における効率化

【必須要件】
・エッジAI開発またはWEBアプリ開発でPM、PLのご経験
・バックエンド開発(Java、Pythonなど)経験3年以上
・クラウドの知識

・AWSの基盤構築経験
・データ分析、コンサルティングの経験
・複数のAI関連開発プロジェクトのリード経験

【給与】
650万円~1300万円/固定給制(月給制)/※残業代別途加算 うち固定残業代 2万4千414円/10h~
※前職の年収やスキルを考慮して決定します。
