職務概要Position Summary:
- EHS Engineer to ensure Fuji Plant maintain all elements of EHS management system, drive EHS leadership and capability level up in Fuji IOSS (Integrated Ownership of Safety System) with continuous improvement mindset.

- Ensure that the site complies with local EHS regulations and J&J EHS standards and guidelines.
主な職務及び主な責任 Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, maintain the EHS management system together with the manager
- Drive IOSS (Integrated Ownership of Safety Systems) learning for Fuji site as the Program team lead and the team facilitator
- Project management for key EHS strategic projects and change-driving initiatives
- (One of the) facilitator(s) for ISO 14001 internal audit, global EHS assurance audit, 3rd party regulatory compliance audit (self-assessment) process
- CAPA planning and on time closure monitoring for execution excellence
- EHS culture promotion activities e.g., EHS month, IOSS annual activities
- Ensure non-routine activities are implemented in a safe manner by providing professional insight, upon request

- 5 years of EHS experiences

- Education background related to EHS
- Specific knowledge in certain EHS elements Health/Environment/IH/Safety
