仕事内容
お任せする業務
回転機(大容量モータ等)の品質保証業務です。
回転機(大容量モータ等)と言ってもたくさんの種類があります。
誘導モータ、同期モータ、超高速モータ、防爆モータなどなど。
最先端の製品の品質保証に携わることで、確かなスキルと知識を身に着けることができ、エンジニアとして未経験から成長することができます。
【業務内容例】
・部注品検査、出荷する部品、製品の最終検査を行います。
・支給品検査、他社から支給された製品、部品の検査
・不具合対応、組み立て検査や支給品の検査を行った際に図面との相違確認後、
設計部門へ対応方法を確認、対応実施。
・回転子の絶縁試験、絶縁抵抗計やオシロスコープ、テスターを使用して電気評価を行います。
