【仕事内容】

【職務概要】

YouTube、TikTok、Instagramなどの自社SNSメディアを軸に、企業や自治体、教育機関、観光局と連携したタイアップ、PR、スポンサー案件の企画・獲得・実行をリードするビジネスプロデューサーとして業務に携わっていただきます。

【職務詳細】

自社メディアを事業資産として育てながら、案件全体を一気通貫で担当します。

・クライアント課題の整理、ヒアリング

・企画設計、プレゼンテーション、条件交渉

・受注後の制作チームとの連携

・案件の実行、振り返り、次回提案

・メディアを通じた案件の育成、戦略立案

【必須】

・法人向けの企画提案営業経験(目安3年以上)

・売上や粗利などの数値目標を持ち、達成してきた経験

・クライアント課題を整理し、企画として提案した経験

・社内外の関係者を巻き込み、案件を完遂した経験

【尚可】

・インフルエンサーマーケティング、SNSマーケティング会社での営業経験

・動画、SNS、メディアを活用した広告やPRの提案経験

・年間契約や大型案件の設計、運用経験

・広告代理店での営業経験

・マネジメント経験(人数不問)

【給与】

年収:600万~1000万程度

月給制:月額500000円

給与:■経験、スキル、年齢を考慮の上、同社規定により優遇

賞与:年2回
