仕事内容:

【職務概要】

プロジェクトマネージャーや営業のサポートとして、事務手続きを中心にプロジェクトの運営を支えます。

関係者との連絡や調整を行い、業務がスムーズに進むようにサポートします。

※取引先との交渉や複雑なやり取りは、プロジェクトマネージャーや営業が担当します。

【職務内容】

〇契約書・請求書・見積書などの作成・管理・社内稟議

〇クライアントとの連絡・スケジュール調整・打ち合わせ対応

〇派遣社員の採用に向けた媒体との調整、応募対応、面接対応

〇派遣社員の面談調整、勤怠・契約情報の管理、入退社・労務手続き(社労士との連携)

〇就業後のフォローや職場定着に向けたコミュニケーション

〇案件進捗のとりまとめ、JOB管理表の作成

〇業務効率化や運営体制の改善提案

〇各種調査、問い合わせ、資料作成

■Excelやスプレッドシート等の表計算ソフトの操作

■ITツール・PCの基本操作スキル(Google Workspace、Slack、マネーフォワード給与、バクラク、タスク管理ツール等)
