仕事内容:

以下のオフィスワークがメインとなります。

(労務)

・入退社手続事務(社労士さんへ依頼)

・共済、保険関連事務

・勤怠データ確認

(総務)

・郵便物管理(到着分仕分け/発送分まとめ)

・代表電話応対、取次ぎ(1時間に5件程度)

・来客対応(ペットボトルお茶出し)

・物品購入・管理(Web発注)

・出張手配

・メールやチャットを使った連絡

などからご経験や適性に合わせてお仕事をお願いしたいと思っています。

アピールポイント:

基本的には指示や手順を基に取り組んでいただく業務となります。

お休みも生活状況に合わせて都度ご相談いただいて構いません。

暮らしと仕事のバランスを取りながらムリなく充実してお仕事してください。

求める人材:

・雇用保険、社会保険、年末調整などの実務経験をお持ちの方

・電話(取次のみ)や来客の応対に抵抗のない方

・基本的なパソコン操作(タイピングや数字の入力など)ができる方

お持ちの資格やこれまでのご経験を活かして、また、これからチャレンジされたいことなど、幅広い業務の中であなたにご活躍いただけるようサポートいたします。

勤務時間・曜日:

平日の9:00~18:00までのうち週に3~5日(週40時間以内)からご希望を伺います。

残業はありません。

休憩時間:当社規定に基づき付与されます。

「生活の事情をメインに毎週シフトを相談したい」

「しばらく仕事をすることから離れているので働くことに慣れられるか心配」

など、それぞれのご事情も一緒に考えながらご希望に沿って無理なく働き続けられるよう対応いたします。

休暇・休日:

土・日・祝日(原則)

※法定に基づき、ご都合に合わせてお休みいただけます。

有給休暇:当社規定に基づき付与されます。

札幌市北区北9条西3丁目19-1 ノルテプラザ5F

オフィスの中にはキッチンや冷蔵庫、食事ができるスペースがありますので昼食にお弁当をお持ちの方はこちらでも食事や休憩をしていただけます。

札幌駅や北海道大学から近く、コンビニやお弁当店、飲食店も近隣にあります。

地下鉄南北線さっぽろ駅

JR札幌駅北口より徒歩5分

※すぐ近くまで地下歩行空間が利用できます

給与:

勤務時間:

時給1,100円~

※残業は基本的にありませんが、お願いした場合の残業代は別途お支払いいたします

※時給はご経験、スキルにより決定いたします。

交通費(実費)支給あり (上限15,000円)

・契約更新:原則更新(無期雇用へ転換の可能性あり)

※パートタイムスタッフからの社員登用実績あり(契約社員/正社員)
