・来客・電話対応
・備品の発注、補充、管理
・郵便、郵送物対応
・請求書や発注書の発行
・社内の衛生関連対応
・お取引先への贈答品対応 など
上記のような業務のうち、
最初は簡単な業務からお任せし、先輩社員からOJT形式で引き継ぎを行います
応募資格
<必須>
・基本的なPCスキルのある方(Word、Excel、PowerPoint:基本操作、入力程度)
・長期(半年以上)勤務、週3日5時間以上の勤務が可能な方
・未経験の業務はメモをとる、不明点は調べたり質問をする等、業務の習得に前向きに取り組める方

※月〜金での業務となります。
