【仕事内容】

同社グループは幅広いエンタテインメント領域に事業を展開しており、

上場持ち株会社としてIR・SR業務を行う担当者を募集しています。

主な業務内容は、IR活動全体の戦略立案、投資家やアナリストへの対応、

株主を中心とした資本市場の意見の吸い上げ、各種IRマテリアルの作成などです。

将来的には、IR・SR部門の責任者を目指せるポジションです。

エンタテインメント業界への注目度が高まる中、

IR・SR活動を強化するため、即戦力となる人材を求めています。

【具体的には】

・ IR活動全体の戦略立案、発信メッセージ作成

・ 投資家、アナリスト取材の対応(四半期毎の決算発表後、年間約380件/部)

・ 株主を中心とした資本市場の意見の

吸い上げ(上記の取材を通じた改善点等の抽出、経営層へのフィードバック等)

・ 各種IRマテリアルの作成(決算関連資料、事業説明会資料、適時開示資料等)

・ 各発信内容に対する想定問答等の付随資料の作成

・ 各種IRツール制作への関与(統合レポート、ウェブコンテンツ、IR・SR社内報等)

・ ESG、サステナビリティ関連のステークホルダーとの

コミュニケーション(開示業務、ESGミーティング対応等)

【求める人材】

【必須】

・ IR実務経験(プライム/東証一部企業で5年以上)かつ現在もIRご担当の方

・ 多数の関係者との利害調整ができるコミュニケーション力

・ 英語力(英語によるIR資料、海外投資家の発言内容が理解できる程度)

・ 財務諸表への理解

【歓迎】

・ 専門的な会計スキル

・ ビジネスレベルの英語力 (ライティング、スピーキング)

・ チームマネジメント経験

・ ゲーム、エンタテインメント関連企業での就業経験

【給与】

年収900~1200万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
