Job Description
We are seeking a motivated self-starter to lead our end-to-end promotions processes and directly impact how customers perceive book value.
This role is highly visible and responsible for influencing leadership across product, finance, vendor management, operations, and tech teams. You will be the strategic point of contact with worldwide Amazon business, operations, and tech teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and regularly present promotional plans to executive leadership
- Deep dive across both tech and business functions to identify and implement efficiencies within the promotions process
- Lead with a continuous improvement mindset across all aspects of promotions planning, operations, and execution
Requirements
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
- 3+ years of driving process improvements
- Experience in stakeholder management and dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Ability to work with sensitive content, including culturally sensitive and adult content
Compensation
