業務内容
■採用部門について
人事部スタッフィンググループに所属いただきます。
スタッフィンググループは新卒採用、キャリア採用、障がい者採用、派遣採用を担うグループです。
採用実務を行うだけではなく、CoEとして全社的な採用戦略企画、推進など採用活動全般に関わる業務を担っています。
同社単体の業務に加えて、本社機能として各グループ会社・海外現地法人の採用サポートも視野に入れて活動を行っています。

■具体的な業務内容
◆新卒採用実務※主業務
グループ各社の採用担当者と協力をしながら以下ご担当いただきます。
採用の人材要件/募集要件作成のヒアリングおよび調整対応
母集団形成計画の立案と推進(大学訪問、ダイレクトリクルーティングや説明会の実施、エージェントコミュニケーションなど)
書類選考及び面接対応(カジュアル面談含む)
ATSメンテナンス、媒体管理、内定者管理などの各種管理業務
◆採用戦略企画・推進業務※副業務
グループ全体の採用力強化を目的として、各グループ会社と協力をしながらお願いします。
採用ブランディング強化
産学官連携
法令/業界ルール順守、各種リスク対応業務
業務効率化 など

また、HR内で行われている各種活動(DE&I関連やブランディング活動など)にも携わるチャンスがあり、経験の幅を広げる事が可能です。
HR内での兼務や異動、グループ各社への異動等も積極的に行われており、希望と会社状況を考慮の上で能力開発する事が可能です。

応募条件
■必須
3年以上の事業会社で新卒採用業務に従事した経験もしくはコンサル業界やRPO等で事業会社向けに採用フレームの導入に携わった経験
英語スキル:学ぶ意欲があり、翻訳ソフト等を使用しながら読み書き可能なレベル
実際に使う場面:日本語での業務がメインとなります。必要に応じて日本語翻訳、外国籍Agencyとのやり取りなどが発生します。
